Spring Style Inspration
The craziness hasn't stopped since NYFW... I think I may be permanently sleep deprived while living in NYC and that will just have to be how it is. I admittedly wouldn't have it any other way! Anyways updating the blog has been a slower process lately but I'm excited to share my inspiration and styled look for spring street trends.
I'm taking a product development class this semester which is surprisingly teaching me a lot about forecasting and how to decipher which trends are coming in and staying. For spring, bolder colors are coming back and in particular I am seeng a lot of red and yellow.
To show you guys how I pull inspiration from the city and architecture I created this vision board below. The colors and aesthetic from each image ties into the next, completing an overall "look".
Shoes - Target
Bag - Zara

To incorporate a bit of yellow into a casual street style look I accessorized with a yellow bag which is actually from a few years ago and tied a scarf onto it. I paired high waisted crop denim with a basic button-up, a long camel coat and white kitten heels. These jeans are new from ASOS and I am obsessed! Since denim has all kinds of trends lately - embroidery, crop hem, high waist etc. - a good pair of jeans can complete your look no matter how simple it is.
